By using VideoToolShack (“the site”, “we”, “our”) at videotoolshack.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Description of service

VideoToolShack provides free, browser-based video processing tools including trimming, compression, format conversion, watermarking, subtitle burning, and more. All processing occurs entirely in your browser — no files are uploaded to our servers.

3. Acceptable use

You may use VideoToolShack for personal and commercial purposes. You agree not to:

  • Use the site to process video content that infringes copyright or other intellectual property rights you do not own or have rights to
  • Use the site to process illegal content of any kind
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the site or its underlying technology
  • Use automated tools to access the site in a way that places unreasonable load on our servers

4. Your content

Since all processing happens in your browser and no files are uploaded to us, we have no access to, and make no claims over, any video content you process using our tools. You retain full ownership of your files and any outputs generated.

5. Intellectual property

The VideoToolShack website, branding, and written content are our intellectual property. Our tools use open-source libraries (FFmpeg, JSZip, Mammoth.js) under their respective open-source licences.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

VideoToolShack is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the tools will be available at all times, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose. Use the tools at your own risk and always keep backups of important video files before processing.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VideoToolShack and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, including but not limited to loss of data or video files.

8. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
